Wo befinden sich diese Teleskope, wirklich?  <br\/><strong>Niovi<\/strong>: Etwas weiter vom Hauptgeb\u00e4ude entfernt und vor dem Wald haben wir einige Teleskope. Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte und haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die Forschung genutzte Teleskop befindet sich zusammen mit dem Planetarium im astronomischen Turm, dort, etwa zehn Minuten zu Fu\u00df entfernt, und die anderen auf dem Weg dorthin. Nicht wahr, Niovi? <br\/><strong>Daphne<\/strong>: Was machst du, Niovi, f\u00fcr Frauen in der Wissenschaft? <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>Niovi<\/strong>: Ich denke, der Zweck der Woche ist es, die Gleichstellung jenseits von nur zwei Geschlechtern hervorzuheben, die Chancengleichheit, die Tatsache, dass ein Merkmal dich weder \u00fcber- noch unterlegen macht, sondern deine Arbeit und deine Werte z\u00e4hlen. Zum Beispiel, dass die Gesellschaft den Arbeitszeitrahmen von M\u00fcttern akzeptieren kann, die zwar mehr als zehn Stunden in einem Observatorium arbeiten, ohne verurteilt zu werden, wenn sie fr\u00fcher gehen, um ihre Kinder aus der Schule abzuholen. Dasselbe sollte f\u00fcr alle gelten, ohne Diskriminierung. Mit dem Studentenverband der Universit\u00e4t Tartu, dem ich in diesem Jahr als Vertreterin der Universit\u00e4t angeh\u00f6re, haben wir in diesem akademischen Jahr verschiedene Aktivit\u00e4ten zur Gleichberechtigung in Bezug auf Geschlecht, verschiedene Behinderungen und psychische Gesundheit durchgef\u00fchrt.    <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>Mutter<\/strong>: Ich erinnere mich, Niovi, dass du ein Doktoratsstudium in Astrophysik machst. Welches Thema? <br\/><strong>Niovi<\/strong>: Im Moment studiere ich dynamische Prozesse in Galaxien, wie die dynamische Reibung und die Entwicklung von Galaxien. <br\/><strong>Kleine A<\/strong>: Gehen wir bitte ins B\u00fcro von Niovi, um unter diesem runden und leuchtenden Objekt \u00fcber dem Eingang hindurchzugehen. <br\/><strong>Mutter<\/strong>: Was ist das, Niovi, dieses runde Objekt? Es sieht aus wie die Erde. <br\/><strong>Kleine A:<\/strong> Esst ihr hier Rote-Bete-Suppe? <br\/><strong>Niovi<\/strong>: Eeeeh, ich habe sie nur zu Hause gegessen. Generell essen wir Suppe mit Lachs und Sahne, sehr lecker! <br\/><strong>Kleine A<\/strong>: Esst ihr zu Weihnachten Rudolph, das Rentier mit der roten Nase? Ich werde sehr traurig sein, wenn ihr ihn esst. <br\/><strong>Niovi<\/strong>: Nein&#8230; nur ein Restaurant mit mittelalterlichen Gerichten macht so etwas. Und in Finnland essen sie ihn&#8230; Was das gute Essen hier betrifft&#8230; wir haben viele Kartoffeln!
