Dieses Ergebnis wurde erstmals von der Frauenrechtlerin und Abolitionistin Matilda Joslyn Gage (1826\u201398) in ihrem Essay &#8220;Frau als Erfinderin&#8221; beschrieben (zuerst als Brosch\u00fcre im Jahr 1870 ver\u00f6ffentlicht und im North American Review im Jahr 1883).<br\/><br\/>Der Begriff &#8220;Matilda-Effekt&#8221; wurde 1993 von der Wissenschaftshistorikerin Margaret Rossiter gepr\u00e4gt. <em>(von der Seite in der griechischen Wikipedia).<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt zahlreiche Beispiele von Frauen, deren Beitrag zur Wissenschaft nicht anerkannt wurde. In der Astronomie ist das Beispiel von Jocelyn Bell Burnell charakteristisch. Bell Burnell entdeckte die Pulsare im Jahr 1967. Sie wurde jedoch nicht f\u00fcr den Nobelpreis ber\u00fccksichtigt, der 1974 nur an ihren Professor Anthony Hewish f\u00fcr die Entdeckung der Pulsare verliehen wurde.<\/p>\n\n<p
