Shall we go to Kefalonia to eat?  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dad<\/strong>: I think people living in Kefalonia call garlic dip \u2018aliada\u2019. I\u2019m reading now on Google: \u2018Allium sativum <em> <\/em>is the scientific name for garlic, which is why we find many words for garlic-based sauces, like the French aioli, the Spanish allioli, the Italian agiada, and the Ionian aliada or agiada.\u2019 So we know for sure it contains garlic!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Little A:<\/strong> How will we get to Kefalonia?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Captain GG<\/strong>: I say we start from Piraeus, pass through the Corinth Canal, and follow along the Corinthian Gulf. That way we\u2019ll reach Patras, and from there we\u2019ll cross to Kefalonia. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mom<\/strong>: I\u2019ve heard that on the tall mountain of Kefalonia, Mount Ainos, there are telescopes.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uni-mag.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11886\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.uni-mag.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-3.png 768w, https:\/\/www.uni-mag.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-3-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.uni-mag.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-3-267x200.png 267w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daphne<\/strong>: I\u2019ve heard that too. The observatory is called Eudoxos. You can choose an object you want to observe and they\u2019ll observe it for you.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mr. A:<\/strong> So, as we travel by Captain GG\u2019s ship, we\u2019ll decide what objects we want to observe.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daphne<\/strong>: Perfect.
