The surface of Mars is full of craters and trenches. One likely explanation for these features is that the craters were caused by collisions with interstellar objects, like asteroids. The impact melts the ice beneath the surface of Mars, and liquid flows, creating the “trenches” you can see in the photo.
But don’t think that the “liquid” is the same water we drink on Earth. It’s CO₂ and not the H₂O we know! So whatever you do, there’s no chance of getting orange juice out of Mars. Why?
Because it contains frozen CO₂. What’s it supposed to give you?
